He later attended the Loyola Law School at the Loyola Marymount University and completed his Juris Doctorate in 2009. While studying law, he also served as an extern in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and helped law income taxpayers in tax preparation.
He worked as Law Clerk for one year at the Neighborhood Legal Services. While working there, he obtained significant experience researching the California Labor Code. He also helped low-income laborers analyze their wage claims and file them before the Labor Commissioner.
He joined Initiative Legal Group as a Case Attorney in 2012 and focused on cases concerning complex class actions, labor laws, civil procedures, and arbitration hearings under the American Arbitration Association.
Attorney Valero started working with Capstone Law APC and handled claims under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act, the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, and the Unfair Business Practices Act.
He joined Strategic Legal Practices APC in 2013 and emphasized on litigating state and nationwide consumer class actions concerning automobile law. He worked there for almost four years before setting up Valero Law in July 2017.
