Julian AG Ranetunge is an associate in King & Spalding’s New York office and a member of the International Arbitration practice. His practice involves commercial and investment treaty arbitrations, international law, as well as enforcement proceedings before U.S. courts.
Julian received an LL.B from the London School of Economics, an LL.M from the LSE and an LL.M from Columbia Law School, from which he graduated as a Kent Scholar and a Lloyd N Cutler International Law Fellow.
Before joining the firm, Julian was called to the English Bar as a Queen Mother Scholar and gained experience at a number of institutions, including the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in The Hague. He is a dual national of the UK and Sri Lanka, and speaks English and French.
