Justin W. Blow joined Colorado Estate Matters Ltd in 2013 with a vast experience as a criminal trial lawyer. He is the managing partner at the firm, where he has learned Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate, and Guardianship/Conservatorship law.
He also handles all the litigation for the firm, benefiting clients from his courtroom experience and expertise. Before moving to Colorado, Justin was the Owner & CEO of The Blow Law Office Ltd, based in Lakewood, Colorado, where he assisted clients in county, state, and federal court.
He also served as an Attorney and Shareholder in the Live Oak, Florida-based Blow Law Firm, P.A. Justin’s vast experience, knowledge, and no-nonsense attitude have benefitted clients with various issues, including code violations, capital crimes, and real estate issues.
Justin specializes in Common Law Marriage claims and brings his expertise and experience to bear on such cases. He is specialized in Will and Trust contests, contested Guardianship and Conservatorship matters, Undue Influence claims, and Breach of Fiduciary Duty claims. Justin’s considerable experience also allows him to handle cases involving probate litigation.
Justin holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor’s in Philosophy and Psychology from Florida State University. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Florida, as well as the U.S. District Courts for Colorado and the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. Justin’s experience as an investigator has enabled him to locate witnesses and evidence that benefit his clients.
