
Katherine L. Halliday represents financial services industry clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including class actions, government enforcement matters, regulatory examinations, and internal investigations.
As Counsel in the Washington, DC office of Buckley Sandler LLP, Ms. Halliday has represented clients in matters involving the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), state attorneys general, and numerous federal and state courts.
Prior to joining Buckley Sandler, Ms. Halliday clerked for the Honorable Deborah K. Chasanow in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Before her clerkship, she was a Litigation Associate at WilmerHale, assisting with commercial litigation, criminal investigations, and pro bono matters.
Ms. Halliday received her J.D. from George Washington University and her A.B. from Duke University.
