Kent Altsuler is a partner in the Houston office of Lewis Brisbois and is a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. His primary practice is in commercial litigation and civil trial matters involving real estate, breach of contract, medical malpractice defense, fraud, copyright, breach of fiduciary duty, employment issues, declaratory judgment, non-competes, negligence, defamation, property damage, environmental contamination, toxic torts, insurance, arbitration, trade secrets and fraudulent transfers.
