Kevin D. Mohr focuses on commercial and investment disputes, with an emphasis on complex cross-border disputes. As a partner in our International Arbitration and Contracts and Business Torts practices, Kevin represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of litigation, arbitration and appellate proceedings.
With more than 15 years of experience, Kevin represents clients in an array of business sectors, including renewable energy, oil and gas, and finance, in disputes involving investment treaty protection, concession and joint operating agreements, business tort, intellectual property, corporate governance and many other matters.
Kevin specializes in cross-border disputes presenting unique legal, logistical and cultural challenges and requiring a broad understanding of national and international legal systems. He frequently represents clients in court proceedings related to international arbitration, as well as in business disputes that span multiple countries, raising questions of jurisdiction and applicable law.
