Laura Whitmore defends companies in product liability actions and complex litigation throughout Florida’s state and federal courts. Her practice includes appeals briefing and oral arguments throughout the state as well as all aspects of litigation, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions, pre-trial motions, jury instructions and post-trial motions.
