
Lindsay Calhoun practices in the area of commercial litigation, with a focus on contract and insurance disputes, intellectual property, constitutional law and other complex commercial matters. Ms. Calhoun regularly represents clients in both state and federal courts, including at the appellate level.
Prior to joining Phelps Dunbar, Ms. Calhoun served as a law clerk to the Hon. Judge Yvette Kane of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
