Mallory Jensen is a highly strategic and skilled litigator specializing in complex civil disputes, regulatory matters, internal investigations, antitrust litigation, data security and privacy matters, and intellectual property disputes. Her clients include publicly traded and privately held companies in the financial services sector, among other industries.
Mallory possesses extensive experience guiding clients through the highly complex and sensitive nature of international investigations. She frequently advises clients on complicated discovery issues and prepares for and assists clients with in-depth investigative interviews.
In addition, Mallory advises clients on litigation associated with data security and privacy matters. She holds a CIPP/US certification by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
In addition to her practice, Mallory is actively involved in a diverse range of pro bono matters at every level of the legal system, which includes free legal clinics and appellate briefings. While pursuing her law degree at Columbia Law School, Mallory worked on a team that represented and eventually exonerated a prisoner wrongfully convicted for a double murder.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Mallory represented a gay Jamaican man who fled his country and applied for asylum after a brutal assault by a neighborhood mob. Mallory dedicates her time to fully understanding the scope of her clients’ cases.
She thoroughly examines and analyzes each matter’s implications and how they may impact her client’s business operations, competitive positioning, and reputation.
