In the case of a USC co-ed charged with murder in the death of her fetus, lawyer Mark J Geragos acquired dismissal of murder charges for the third time. Lawyer M Geragos acquired dismissal of a very old murder charge against Kazuyoshi Miura, a Japanese national. This case became popular in Japanese media as Japanese O.J.
Mark has represented Barry Bonds’ personal trainer, Greg Anderson, for several years in a case relating to the Federal Investigation into the use of steroid in sports.
Mark served as one of the lead lawyers in a pair of groundbreaking Federal Class Action Lawsuits. The charges were against New York Life Insurance and AXA Corporation issuing insurance policies in the early 20th century.
