Much of Matt’s experience is in the sports industry where he has represented four professional sports leagues, FanDuel and the New York Yankees in a variety of commercial matters that include breach of commercial agreements, trademark infringement and issues relating to expansion teams and team relocations.
Matt has also represented clients in the product manufacturing, television, health care and securities industries. In addition, Matt was awarded a Proskauer Golden Gavel for his pro bono representation of Hartley House, Inc. and for chairing Proskauer’s high school mentoring program.
