
Meaghan Wolfe is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Global Tax Practice Group in Chicago. She advises multinational companies on US federal income tax matters and international tax planning related to cross border transactions. Meaghan speaks regularly on domestic and international tax matters at professional seminars and co-authors a consolidated return treatise, Federal Income Taxation of Corporations Filing Consolidated Returns.
She is also a co-author of the Foreign Corporations and Foreign-Source Income chapter of Bittker & Eustice: Federal Income Taxation of Corporations & Shareholders. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Meaghan worked as a tax consultant at a large public accounting firm and has been advising multinational companies on tax matters since 2007.
Meaghan advises large multinational companies on domestic and international tax issues related to cross-border transactions, including corporate reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and repatriation strategies. She also assists clients with tax controversy matters and tax dispute resolution.
