Michael C. Guarino is a shareholder in Carr Allison’s Birmingham (AL) office. His practice primarily focuses on employment matters. Before attending law school, Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University where he majored in Accountancy. He was selected to be the president of the Executive Society, an organization comprised of the business school’s top students. Michael was also a founding member of Auburn University’s mock trial competition team.
