He is the Chairman of the International Law Committee of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and officially recommended counsel at the Money Transfer License Division of the California Department of Financial Institutions.
He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and former Los Angeles President of Italy-America Chamber of Commerce West.
As an arbitrator, he serves on the Panel of Neutrals at the International Trademark Association and General Panel as well as Intellectual Property Panel of the National Arbitration Forum. He is also a member of the United States Council for International Business (USCIB) and FINRA.
He serves as a Legal Counsel to the French Trade Commission in Los Angeles, French Consulate, Spanish Consulate, and Italian Trade Commission in Los Angeles.
Michael Charles Doland obtained his Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Philosophy and Theology from the Georgetown University and Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Centre in 1973 and 1977. He passed the bar exam and obtained the license to practice law in the state of California in 1977.
