Michael Stewart

Michael D. Stewart is the firm’s Deputy General Counsel.  He remains a partner in the Business Trial Practice Group and is based in the firm’s Orange County Office. Mr. Stewart specializes in a wide range of complex business litigation for a variety of medium to large companies, and has tried many cases to juries, judges and arbitrators.

Mr. Stewart handles a thorough range of business topics, focusing on legal ethics, professional liability, lender liability, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, fiduciary duty, and partnership disputes.
