Michelle Dawn Schill

Michelle Schill has been named by The Daily Transcript a Top Attorney in San Diego County for 2014.

Additionally, in 2015 Super Lawyers designated Michelle a Super Lawyers Rising Star.  Michelle’s experience is focused in the following areas: Personal injury including car accident, construction accident, wrongful death, slip and fall and serious injuries.

Michelle finds it rewarding to give a voice to those who have been injured and to vindicate their rights. She also practices in the following areas: litigation, construction defect, business formation, professional liability, and administrative law – bar and restaurant licensing.

Michelle earned her B.A. in Political Science and minor in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude, from San Diego State University in 2004.  She graduated from California Western School of Law in 2008.

During law school, Michelle was honored on the Dean’s List and received Academic Achievement Awards in both Employment Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Michelle spends her free time with her family and travelling.
