Monika Anna Gradzki is a general practice attorney focusing on areas such as estate planning & business law, immigration, and litigation & family law. She is the owner of The Gradzki Law Firm based in New Britain, Connecticut. She has more than ten years of experience working with individuals, families, and businesses on complex legal matters.

As a real estate attorney, she represents buyers, sellers, borrowers, and banks at closing, underwrites title policies with Connecticut Title Insurance Company, and performs title search as well as title examinations. She performs four to five closings per week on an average.

Serving as an immigration attorney, she prepares family petitions for individual clients and well as employment-based petitions for corporate and municipal clients.

Monika Gradzki completed her Juris Doctorate with Honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartford, CT in the year 2008. Before obtaining J.D., she earned the advanced degree of Masters of Law (LLM) with a Certificate in Tax in 2007 from the same University.

While in Law School, she co-authored two papers analyzing the Retail Sales Tax and the Value Added Tax. The European Law Review and The University of Warsaw Law Review published her papers in 2007.

She passed the bar exam and obtained the license to practice law in the state of Connecticut in the year 2008.

She started her legal practice by serving as a temporary assistant clerk at the Rockville Superior Court. She worked closely with the court staff and judges and obtained a unique perspective on the practice of law.

Her clients identify her as a dedicated, knowledgeable, and approachable attorney willing to help them in a variety of legal problems. She speaks Polish and English languages fluently.

Attorney Gradzki keeps herself updated with the latest trends and developments in the law by being an active member of professional associations such as the Connecticut Bar Association, New Britain Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

She is the title agent of Connecticut Attorney’s Title Insurance Company, and President of the Lion’s Club of New Britain.

Monika Anna Gradzki has also served as an Of-counsel Attorney with general practice law firm Januszewski, McQuillan and Denigris, LLP from 2012 to 2016 and handled a wide range of legal matters including a commercial real estate closing for an over one million dollars loan.
