
Nicolette Anagnos focuses her practice on all aspects of corporate law. She represents public and private companies in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences and financial services.
During law school, Ms. Anagnos was a summer law clerk at a firm in Boston where she drafted real estate transaction materials and researched and drafted memoranda on various issues, including contract, real property and bankruptcy law.
Ms. Anagnos was also a judicial intern to the Honorable William G. Young of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. In that role, she researched and drafted bench memoranda and opinions on contract, trademark, securities and antitrust matters.
