Nova D. Harb practices primarily in the areas of business and corporate law, with an emphasis on federal and state securities laws, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. She has represented public and private companies in a variety of industries.
She has experience in corporate finance and other business transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt, sales of assets, tender offers, mergers and other acquisitions.
In her federal and state (blue sky) securities regulatory practice, she advises clients on securities registration, exemption compliance, broker-dealer and agent licensing, and the preparation of periodic reports and other filings with the SEC.
While earning her law degree from Emory University School of Law, Nova was selected to participate in the intellectual property program titled Technological Innovation: Getting Economic Results.
