Robin Pate is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. She received her Bachelor of Science in biology from Birmingham-Southern College in 2004 and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The University of Alabama in 2009. While in law school, she was a junior editor and a member of the Managing Board of The Journal of the Legal Profession.
Ms. Pate is licensed to practice law in the states of Alabama and Mississippi, and she is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama and the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, as well as United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She is also admitted to practice in the Tribal Courts of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.
Ms. Pate is a member of the Environment, Energy and Resources Section of the American Bar Association, the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section of the Alabama State Bar, the Real Property Section of the Mississippi State Bar, the Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Tuscaloosa Bar Association.
