Scott Michael Roberts

Scott is a native of Clearwater, Florida but he has lived in Alabama for over 30 years. He received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University in 1987 and his law degree from The University of Alabama School of Law in 1990.

Scott is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully tried numerous jury and non-jury trials throughout the state of Alabama. He has extensive experience in insurance defense litigation and concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, tort litigation, transportation litigation, workers’ compensation, employment law, premises liability, and products liability.

Scott has been lead attorney in many published appellate decisions.

Scott is admitted to practice in all Alabama State and Federal District Courts and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Scott holds the prestigious “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is listed in Alabama Super Lawyers, Best’s Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys and the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
