
Scott Noel Alperin is a respected estate planning, asset protection and wealth management attorney based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He has practiced law for over 24 years and has extensive experience working with families and businesses.
Scott is an Estate Planning Law Specialist, which is an American Bar Association-accredited designation for attorneys who have demonstrated a high level of professionalism, skill and knowledge in the area of estate planning law.

In 1990, Scott graduated from the University of Virginia (Charlottesville), where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree French Language and Literature. In 1994, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor Degree.
Scott was a member of Law Review and the Associate Articles Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Forum. He served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Glenn T. Harrell, Jr., Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. Scott received the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Criminal Procedure.
Scott currently is a member of the Board of Directors of the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys as well as the Southeastern Virginia Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders Association, Inc.
He also serves on the board of Jewish Family Service of Tidewater, an organization that provides a full spectrum of services to meet the health, education and welfare needs of individuals in the Hampton Roads community.
Scott is admitted to practice law in all State Courts in Maryland (1994), Georgia (1995) and Virginia (1996). In addition, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, Maryland State Bar, Georgia State Bar, Virginia Bar Association and Virginia Beach Bar Association.
