Shane Miller is a skilled and experienced Arizona trial and litigation attorney. For the previous 10 years his primary areas of practice have been criminal and DUI defense along with personal injury law. Mr. Miller represents clients in the Phoenix metropolitan area as well as surrounding Arizona communities.

Mr. Miller has successfully defended hundreds of misdemeanor, DUI and felony cases. He aggressively strives to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients, which includes numerous favorable trial verdicts, dismissed cases and exceptional settlements.

Mr. Miller previously dedicated more than 4 years as a prosecutor at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. During his time as a Deputy County Attorney, Mr. Miller handled hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases and evaluated cases through the eyes of a prosecutor.

Mr. Miller has extensive experience in criminal matters ranging from civil traffic violations and DUIs to serious, complex felonies involving drugs, violence, domestic abuse and fraud.

As a prosecutor Mr. Miller was quickly promoted to a major crimes bureau, where for years he specialized in complex cases including white collar crime, vulnerable adult financial abuse and organized crime in the Fraud and Identity Theft Enforcement bureau.

As an experienced former prosecutor, Mr. Miller knows that the government must follow strict rules and must present compelling evidence to overcome its significant burden of proof. Through this firsthand experience, Mr. Miller knows how prosecutors think.

Mr. Miller also specialized in auto accident and other personal injury cases during his time working at an established Arizona personal injury firm, where he fought on behalf of plaintiffs as a skilled, aggressive and thorough advocate.

Before embarking on his legal career, Mr. Miller was an editor of America West Airlines in-flight magazine, where he polished his writing, researching and interviewing skills.
