Shelley Swain Berry is a partner at Ruloff, Swain, Haddad, Morecock, Talbert, & Woodward. Shelley is a charismatic attorney who excels in obtaining results for her clients. She specializes in complex car accident and medical malpractice cases; she maintains clients throughout the country. She has represented many high profile cases to date with stellar results.
Born and raised in Virginia, Shelley enjoys spending time with her family and large network of friends. Shelley graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Political Science, with a concentration in Public Law from Old Dominion University, in Norfolk, Virginia.
While earning her Master’s degree, she worked as assistant to Vicky Riback Wilson, who served as a Missouri state representative, fighting for legislation on domestic violence issues, as well as ending discrimination based on mental health and other humanitarian efforts.
She earned her Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2010. While attending Regent University, Shelley was the recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship, Academic Merit Scholarship and served on the Council of Graduate Students. Since graduation, she has been fervently practicing personal injury and medical malpractice.
In her spare time, Shelley is active in the community and enjoys traveling, working out, planning and throwing parties, but most of all enjoys time with her husband Todd and their three young children.
