Smriti Choudhury is an associate who represents clients, both public and private, in complex commercial real estate projects and transactions. She has experience in land use and development, managing due diligence for commercial real estate transactions involving industrial and retail properties, and drafting commercial and residential real estate transactional and financing documents, including purchase and sale agreements and various leasing documents.
Before joining WilmerHale, Ms. Choudhury was an associate at another firm in Boston, where she focused on representing clients in a variety of real estate transactions involving industrial and retail properties. Previously, she was a law clerk for another firm in Boston as well as for the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency.
Ms. Choudhury plays an active role in many community and professional organizations, including No Kid Hungry, where she serves as a society member. She is also a board member with Citizens Planner Training Collaborative and the Ashland Zoning Board of Appeals; a member of the Boston Bar Association and CREW Boston; a developing leader with NAIOP Massachusetts; and the law school liaison sub-committee co-chair with the BBA Real Estate Steering Committee.
