Stephen B Mashney

Stephen “Sami” Mashney was born on July 4, 1956 in Ramallah, Palestine. From childhood till now, Stephen has always been a fighter who stood up to bullies.

He fought his way in life from elementary school until today. Stephen will not sit idle when he witnesses anyone abusing anyone. He will fight for the underdog and win.

Stephen has compassion, empathy and respect to others including animals. As a child, Stephen adopted countless stray cats and dogs and he would not ever hurt a fly unless he has to.

Sami was licensed and worked as a pharmacist in Florida. Afterwards, he moved to San Rafael, Marin County, California, and became licensed to practice pharmacy in California too.

Stephen soon realized that the count-and-pour pharmacy environment was insufficiently challenging to him. So, while working as a full-time grave-yard shift pharmacist, he enrolled in law school at San Francisco Law School, San Francisco, CA.

He graduated and received a Jurisprudence Doctorate (J.D.) degree in 1992, passed the California Bar examination on his first attempt, and was admitted to practice law in California in 1992.

In 1994, Stephen moved to Orange County, changed careers and founded Mashney Law Offices in Anaheim, without working for any other attorney employer.

From a one man show in 1994, Stephen grew Mashney Law to a respectable Orange County law firm obtaining justice for his clients in serious personal injury cases, truck, auto, bus, bicycle and other serious accidents, workers compensation, criminal defense, bankruptcy, family law and probate.
