Thomas G. Amason III has years of experience in financial institution regulation, corporate financing, and real estate transactions. Bert regularly advises banks and other lenders on how to navigate the regulatory waters. In addition, Bert assists banks and other lenders with the structuring of their credit facilities to make sure that their collateral is secured by properly documenting their loans.
