
Timothy Walsh focuses on antitrust and economic regulation issues, with an emphasis on regulated industries in the energy and transportation sectors. He advises companies on business practices as well as mergers and acquisitions, including US and foreign country merger-review issues.
His practice includes agency, trial court, and appellate litigation. He also advises companies on the Exon-Florio Amendment concerning foreign direct investment in the United States and the requirements imposed by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States.
Tim has acted as special regulatory counsel in a number of major transactions on CFIUS reviews and other matters, and has advised regulated companies on antitrust and regulatory issues in connection with proposed joint activities.
