The Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association (WCLA) installed Wayne as its 2011 President in January 2011. WCLA consists of more than 500 workers’ compensation attorneys from both sides of the Bar. The association promotes professionalism and provides many continuing legal education opportunities throughout the year.
During his practice, Wayne has found that the insurance industry is crowded with many cynical individuals who think every injured person is simply trying to milk the system. While a very tiny minority may be less than truthful, the vast majority are hard-working individuals who have suffered legitimate injuries.
