Whitney Lawrimore Hughes

Whitney Lawrimore Hughes is an Associate Attorney at PJI Law. She is a native of Northern Virginia and graduate of George Mason University and Liberty University School of Law.

After graduating from law school, Ms. Hughes was admitted to practice in all Virginia state courts as well as the United States Court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia and the Eastern District of Virginia Bankruptcy Court, and spent a number of years practicing law at another esteemed law firm before joining PJI Law.

As a zealous advocate for her clients, Ms. Hughes handles cases both in and out of the courtroom in a variety of legal matters surrounding families, including divorce, custody, support, premarital agreements, and estate planning.

Some of Ms. Hughes’ notable litigation achievements include fighting for grandparents’ custody of their grandchildren, skillfully navigating contentious high net-worth divorce matters, and protecting clients in complex domestic matters involving domestic violence and substance abuse.
