Amanda K. Roenius practices within the firm’s Healthcare Department and advises her clients on a range of compliance and regulatory issues, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, fraud and abuse laws, state corporate practice of medicine doctrines, and state licensure laws.
Amanda also handles transactional matters for her clients, representing healthcare providers in joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions. Her clients include ambulatory surgery centers, dental practices, dialysis centers, hospitals, and physician groups, among others.
Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminology & Law Studies from Marquette University in 2013, where she graduated magna cum laude.
As a law student at DePaul University College of Law, Amanda served as Editor in Chief of the DePaul Law Review and as a research assistant for several professors. She also earned four CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for receiving the highest grade in a particular course. Amanda graduated from law school summa cum laude in 2016 and was elected to Order of the Coif.
