Ariel Moses Saban is a managing and founding partner in the Law Firm of Saban & Solomon, P.L.L.C. Mr. Saban, a Florida native, received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Finance from University of Miami and his J.D. from the Nova Southeastern University Law School.
While at NSU Law School, Mr. Saban was a staff member of the Law Journal, which was titled, International Citator Law Journal. Mr. Saban began his career at a national law firm in which he handled Corporate Litigation, Receiverships, and Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions.
Mr. Saban was then appointed by Michael Satz as a Broward County Assistant State Attorney. As an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Saban served as a litigator and handled numerous trials as a lead attorney.
Throughout Mr. Saban’s career, he has mainly handled cases in which were in litigation. Mr. Saban has developed a criminal and civil litigation practice which services include jury trials, bench trials, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations with insurance companies.
Mr. Saban is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association, AIPAC, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Saban has lectured/TA’d in various aspects of Florida/ Federal Civil Procedure and Criminal law.
Mr. Saban also dedicated his time as a Gaurdian Ad Litem, helping abused, neglected and abandoned children. During Mr. Saban’s time as a Gaurdian Ad Litem, he had assisted children with the judicial system as well as finding proper shelter, clothing, and an education on a long term basis.
