Arwa BenOmran focuses her practice on white-collar criminal defense and internal investigations. She represents individuals and companies in various stages of corporate and criminal investigations, including matters related to fraud, corruption, and price-fixing.
Arwa has experience in fact development, expert and fact witness interviews, motions practice, and trial preparation. She has handled matters involving money laundering, obstruction, adulteration, and misbranding claims.
Arwa is also active in Steptoe’s pro bono practice where she assists individuals with family law, education, and immigration matters. While in law school she worked at the Youth and Education Law Project assisting children with special needs to gain access to appropriate education. Arwa also worked at the Stanford Community Law Clinic, where she represented individuals in various legal matters, including housing eviction and wage and hour disputes.
