William Kelly practices in the areas of corporate and business law, with a concentration in securities law and financial transactions. He assists emerging businesses and investors in venture capital financings and other private placements of securities, represents issuers in public offerings of securities, and advises them on securities law reporting, compliance and corporate governance.
He also assists companies in structuring and negotiating mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances, and counsels clients on general business and transactional matters. Bill’s transactional experience includes advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of oil and gas assets.
Bill’s practice focuses on entrepreneurial businesses in the software, information technology, biotech, and medical device industries.
