Ben Livni is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on energy and infrastructure finance and tax. During law school, Ben was an extern for the Honorable Victoria Kaufman of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Central District of California, and he was an extern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Student Honors Program.
Additionally, he was a research assistant for Professor Ellen April, Loyola’s tax law department chair, and Ben performed pro bono work for the Tax Appeals Assistance Program of the California State Board of Equalization, where he assisted low-income individuals with their California state income tax appeals.
Before attending law school, Ben worked in public accounting as a tax associate at Damitz, Brooks, Nightingale, Turner & Morrisset. During his undergraduate studies, he was an audit intern at Crowe Horwath LLP. Ben has passed all four CPA exams and is working towards earning his CPA license.
