Benjamin Cobb is a member of the firm’s Litigation section. At Howard University School of Law, Benjamin was a member of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Honor’s Program and interned within the division of enforcement, where he enforced and redistributed funds to harmed investors.
Benjamin also worked as a student attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in conjunction with Howard University School of Law’s Intellectual Property Clinic. While working with the USPTO, Benjamin assisted individuals secure trademarks to protect their businesses and associated brands.
Benjamin was a member of Buchanan’s 2017 Summer Associate program where he researched numerous areas of law and drafted memoranda and documents concerning trusts, real estate and business law. Benjamin also was heavily involved with Buchanan’s pro bono program.
