Benjamin Warlick

Before joining Caiola & Rose, Benjamin Warlick practiced law at top international law firms in New York and Atlanta. A seasoned litigator with over 12 years of trial practice experience, Ben represents clients in state and federal courts in a broad range of complex litigation, including franchising, intellectual property, real estate, antitrust, commercial contract disputes, product liability, and a variety of regulatory investigations.

Ben’s successful track record is the result of his ability to apply creative thinking and investigatory approaches to winning strategies. He is an aggressive advocate who brings clarity and simplicity to legal and factual complexities. Ben also counsels clients on litigation avoidance strategies, data security, data privacy, and intellectual property, including patent protection and enforcement.

Ben is admitted to practice in Georgia and New York and is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. In pro bono matters, Ben has represented clients in prisoners’ rights, voting rights, asylum, and domestic violence matters.

While attending New York University School of Law, Ben served as Executive Editor for the Journal of Law and Business. Ben also interned with Judge Carol Bagley Amon of the Eastern District of New York. Prior to law school, Ben earned his master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of California – Berkeley.
