Brian is perfectly capable..
Anyone who suggests that Brian is lazy or incapable in all likelihood didn’t want to listen to his sound advise. I secured Brian as my counsel almost 1-decade ago and have absolutely no regrets. He was always spot-on with his advice, never pulled punches and was ever supportive in my extremely difficult time.
Even before my trial, he advised me on what to expect and EVEN advised me precisely on what to expect with my trial judge.
In my opinion, he’s the BEST, no BS attorney you can hire. If you want a psychiatrist, don’t hire an attorney and don’t let the clock tick without expecting to pay for the time.

IN MY OPINION…
Mr. Jones is a lazy, poor performing trial attorney, period. He comes into court expecting everyone to bow down to him because he has a Machiavellian Complex, extremely condescending, thinks he can outwit everyone and is simply an inept trial attorney.
Mr. Jones might be good as a litigator/negotiator, I don’t know. What I do know is that he most inept arguing a case in open court. It appears what he cares about is how much he can charge his clients.
If you need a lawyer is strong, capable lawyer, you will do best at hiring someone else. He will go against what a client direction and when you lose, and lose you will, he will make no excuses about his lackluster performance and then bill you the next day.
