C. Todd Willis prevents and solves problems on behalf of the financial services, life insurance, lending, banking, real estate, and annuity industries. In doing so, his practice focuses, in part, on complex civil litigation, class actions, and commercial disputes in federal and state courts.
He has broad experience in a variety of substantive areas, including sales practice actions, RICO, regulatory and state statutory violations, including unfair competition and deceptive trade practices claims, and individual common law claims.
The other portion of Todd’s practice focuses on representing institutional lenders, banks, national and local real estate developers, and individual investors in a wide range of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including loan agreements, purchases and sales of existing properties, and new developments.
In addition, Todd has an active pro bono practice, representing numerous families in adoptions, custody disputes and immigration matters. Todd has also advocated for children as a guardian ad litem.
