Christina N. Cahill represents clients in the areas of charitable giving, philanthropy and general representation of domestic and international tax-exempt organizations. She is a member of the Professional Outsourced Philanthropic Solutions (POPS®) Team, which helps nonprofits and other social impact-oriented organizations solve their most critical strategic, administrative and development challenges.
Christina joined Drinker Biddle from the New York office of a global law firm where she practiced in a broad range of areas, including mergers & acquisitions, litigation and private clients.
Christina has experience working on complex government enforcement matters for large financial institutions and their accompanying litigation, as well as merger and acquisition transactions.
Christina has also worked with individual clients on estate planning, tax and property law aspects of trusts and estates, estate administration, gift and income taxation, and matrimonial matters.
Before attending law school, Christina was a Teach for America corps member in New York, where she taught 4th grade in the South Bronx.
