Christina is dedicated to defending the rights of federal employees who have been subjected to discrimination and adverse actions. She regularly represents federal employees in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) proceedings, as well as others involved in investigations by the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or Office of Special Counsel (OSC).
She has obtained substantial settlement awards for clients as well as favorable decisions while representing clients before administrative law judges. Prior to joining Alan Lescht and Associates, Christina worked as a Law Clerk and as an Associate for several Washington D.C. based firms practicing labor and employment law.
Christina obtained her law degree from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. At the Washington College of Law, Christina was a dean’s fellow and a member of the Black Law Students Association. Christina is admitted to practice in Maryland.
