As a corporate associate, Christine Bae focuses her practice on leveraged finance transactions. She has experience representing banks, borrowers, sponsors and funds on a wide range of high-yield and middle-market finance transactions.
Christine regularly collaborates with executives on the borrower side and opposing counsel to successfully close multimillion-dollar transactions. While in law school, she was a member of the California Law Reviewand vice president of operations of the Boalt Hall Women’s Association.
