Clarissa Moliterno is an associate in the Special Matters and Government Investigations practice in the New York office of King & Spalding. Her practice focuses on white collar criminal litigation, corporate compliance, government investigations, and anti-corruption and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters.
Clarissa earned her LL.M. degree from the New York University School of Law in 2018, where she received the Dean’s Graduate Award. At NYU, Clarissa served as the Academic Officer of the Brazilian Legal Society, an organization which promotes discussion of Brazilian-related issues.
Clarissa obtained her law degree from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro – UERJ, in 2014. During Law School, Clarissa also studied at Università degli Studi di Firenze, Italy, in 2010/2011.
From 2014 to 2017, Clarissa practiced with a well-known Brazilian boutique law firm specialized in corporate law, regulatory enforcement and arbitration, based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
