Daniel Minnella

Daniel Minnella is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. His practice focuses on the defense of complex tort litigation, including construction defects, New York Labor Law, and premises liability.

He is experienced in all facets of litigation, including pre-litigation risk management, discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and trial practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked at several prominent New York City defense firms specializing in general liability including premises, construction accidents, property damage, and motor vehicle accidents.
