Darryn Fitzgerald is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she practices exclusively in the field of immigration and nationality law. Darryn handles a variety of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters and advises clients on the PERM labor certification process.
She represents various corporate clients, including a leading multinational technology consulting corporation.
Darryn began working at Fragomen as a Law Clerk in 2015 and joined the firm as an Associate in 2016. During law school, she worked with Brooklyn Law School’s Safe Harbor Clinic, where she assisted individuals in an asylum case and a battered spouse with a self-petition under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).
Darryn also interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, where she assisted with immigration litigation matters on behalf of the United States. Darryn also has served as President of Brooklyn Law School’s Brooklyn Law Immigration Society.
Darryn speaks English and Spanish.
