David Feinstein is member of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. David joined the firm in 2014. David Feinstein’s practice focuses on white-collar defense, commercial litigation, and complex investigative and regulatory enforcement matters.
David has acted on behalf of multinational corporations, sovereign governments and financial institutions in connection with regulatory enquiries and internal investigations in relation to a variety of subject matters, including allegations of bribery and corruption, securities and financial product regulation, sanctions allegations, and white-collar criminal matters.
He has experience representing clients before a variety of domestic and international authorities, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
He is a New York State-certified mediator, and has experience advising corporate and individual clients in Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings.
He is also devoted to pro bono work in the areas of individual criminal defense, anti-human trafficking and humanitarian asylum.
