Deborah A. Burza

Deborah A. Burza is the Director of Human Resources for the firm, as well as the Litigation Case Manager. In addition to her administrative duties, she works in the firm’s litigation practice, handling areas such as General Civil, Business Litigation, Construction Disputes, Real Estate Transactions and Litigation, Adoption, Probate, Guardianship/Conservatorship, Personal Injury, and Wrongful Death. She also oversees other litigation matters including Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Social Security Disability.

Deborah has worked in the legal field for over 16 years, and she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Administration from Central Michigan University. Prior to attaining her Bachelor’s degree, she earned an Associate’s degree and certifications from Kalamazoo Valley Community College, all with Honors, which include Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant, and Word Processing Specialist.

Deborah is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the State Bar of Michigan’s Paralegal/Legal Assistant Section, and NALS, the Association for Legal Professionals. She is also currently registered as a Notary Public for the State of Michigan.

Deborah and her husband have three children together. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching her kids play sports. Deborah and her family are also active and devoted members of Radiant Church.
