Dustin Rever-Ginsburg is an associate in Venable’s Tax and Wealth Planning Group. He concentrates his practice on all aspects of estate planning, wealth transfer planning, charitable planning, and post-death administration.
He advises owners of closely held entities regarding business succession issues, including the transfer of control over business operations to heirs, and the use of buy-sell agreements to provide for the orderly disposition of business interests.
Dustin assists his clients in accomplishing their lifetime and post-mortem charitable objectives through the formation of private foundations, split-interest trusts, and other charitable giving strategies.
He also represents trustees and beneficiaries in the administration of trusts and estates, and any disputes that arise in connection with these administrations.
