Dustin E. Stark is an associate in the firm’s labor and employment group.Mr. Stark both counsels and defends employers in all types of labor and employment disputes and litigation. He handles cases involving claims of employment discrimination and retaliation under federal, state and municipal law, and assists in representing employers in whistleblower litigation defense and cases before the National Labor Relations Board.
He also defends employers against claims brought under wage and hour laws in class and collective actions in federal and state court, and advises employers on workforce-related matters.Mr. Stark also advises clients on labor and employment issues in the context of corporate transactions, bankruptcy and restructuring engagements involving the acquisition and organization of workforces, including the evaluation of workforces; transfer, hiring and firing of workers; unionization of workforces; labor-management relations; and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements.
Mr. Stark received his J.D. magna cum laude in 2012 from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review and Order of the Coif, and he received his B.A. from Cornell University in 2007.
