Dylan Yépez assists employers in diverse matters related to their employment relationships. Dylan routinely researches and analyzes legal authorities and drafts advisory memoranda that allow clients to achieve their goals while complying with state and federal laws and regulations, as well as their own internal employment policies and collective bargaining agreements.
Dylan has also developed compliance-oriented training presentations for employers. Dylan has assisted in conducting neutral, third-party internal investigations on behalf of employers, and has drafted pleadings and employer position statements for submission to the US Department of Education Office for Civil Rights.
While attending law school at Georgetown, Dylan served as Managing Editor of the American Criminal Law Review, Vol. 54. In addition, as a Law Fellow, Dylan helped teach Legal Research and Writing to first-year law students.
